The burgers are just incredible! Chef's sauce, caramelised onion, bacon, and of course burger's meat are absolutely great. You need to taste it yourself, as it one of the greatest things in Lyon.

Even though the burger pictures were very unappealing, the burger itself was savoury and juicy. The Cajun fries are perfectly cooked and well seasoned. The popcorn chicken is delicious and the portion generous. Overall a good surprise

I ordered the American burger and asked for extra burger Sauce inside the burger sandwich.
The Brioche bun is perfect. The meat is cooked to perfection. You also get a good crunch with every bite from the onions which made it even better. I couldn't resist but to order another burger to satisfy my tongue.
The service is fast and the owner was very welcoming. He even gave me extra onion rings...merci 🙏😊.
If you want the best burger in Lyon, this is the place.
10/10 in every aspect.

i’ve been mostly disappointed in burgers i’ve had in Lyon, until today. i saw the average of 5 stars on google maps and i knew i had to try.
This is the real deal. i got the “the one” burger menu and 4 chicken wings, which added up to 22.80€. But it was worth it. The burger was super juicy and succulent and i completely annihilated it. You could really taste the bacon, onions, pickles, and ill all worked together perfectly. It really did feel like those american burgers i watch in all those YouTube shorts, haha. The wings and fries were really good too. The wings were very crunchy and had nice seasoning. The fries came with a delicious sauce.
The owner is a very welcoming and funny person, he spoke to customers in a very casual way, making jokes and laughing which i appreciated a lot. i even heard him give some free stuff to other customers who had ordered to go. Also, i really didn’t have to wait long at all for my order.
overall i HIGHLY recommend this place. i’ll definitely be back. It’s the best burger ive had since i’ve lived in France, easily. Don’t come here if you’re watching your weight though, lol- Service

I'm American and I can confirm this is one of the best burger places in Lyon. Try The Mountain, the reblochone is amazing! Owner is very friendly and welcoming! Visited again recently, still the best burger in Lyon!

I walked through the rain as my wife and I were really hungry for a hamburger! I found Good Burger through Google and trip advisor and we were thrilled with the results. Monsieur was very helpful, patient and kind with my poor french. The burgers and fries were fantastic, we highly recommend The American Good Burger

As an American in Paris, this has got to be the best burger I’ve ever had. Beating America by a long shot. The sauces were perfect, meat cooked perfectly. The frittes (French fries) were the best I’ve had my entire trip. And it’s all done by one guy!!! Props to him. I never write reviews but it was so good I had to write one.

Had a wonderful meal + conversation with the manager here earlier this week. We walked in around opening time wanting to have a vegetarian burger and fries. Turns out they have two veggie patty options and two veggie burgers!
We picked the VE Cheezy and the Cajun fries, and were very happy with both. The potato and corn patty was delicious, and the burger composition was perfect.
He also offered a green pesto for us to try which was delicious (I hope it is added to the menu soon).

Excellent burger. My wife got the original with regular fries and I got the American cheeseburger with Cajun fries. Both were excellent. Neat vibe and very friendly.

Best burger I’ve tried so far in Lyon! I had The One burger and it’s delicious! The sweet potato fries and cajun fries are really good too! I 100 percent recommend this place!

They have good food but they only have one machine for ordering and the chairs are'nt clean but the chef likes to talk to his customers but they have an exellent mango-curry sauce!
